Who We Are
Acumen Plus is a Strategy Execution and Transformation Advisory firm. We work with C-suite executives, PMO leaders, and transformation teams to help organisations close the persistent gap between strategy formulation and real-world delivery.
We are not a generalist consulting firm. We are specialists — deeply experienced in the disciplines that determine whether transformation programs succeed or fail: Portfolio and Program Management, Organisational Change Management, Benefits Realisation, and AI Enablement.
Our work is grounded in internationally recognised frameworks and shaped by practical experience across multiple industries and geographies. We bring rigour without bureaucracy, and structure without rigidity.
Our Team
Our team includes Senior Professionals with over 30 years of corporate experience, working in the areas of strategy implementation, system integration, management consulting and organisational change management. This experience spans working for clients in the domains of manufacturing, utilities, government organisations and FMCG, across countries including the Middle East region.
What Drives Us
The gap between strategy and execution is not a new problem. Organisations have been grappling with it for decades. What has changed is the pace of strategic change, the complexity of the transformation landscape, and the growing recognition that conventional approaches — siloed disciplines, activity-focused governance, and technology-led change — are not sufficient.
Strategy without execution is aspiration. Execution without strategy is activity. Only the integration of both creates value.
The human side of change is not a soft consideration — it is the primary determinant of whether transformation delivers its intended benefits.
AI is a genuine enabler of better strategy execution — but only when applied to specific problems, with sound data, and with human judgement at the centre.
